A crop circle appeared here on 15 June in both 2006 and 2007, the anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo. Around 55,000 men died in just five hours during that battle. Local people say they can feel the presence of the soldiers who lost their lives there. Philippe believes the crop circles were created as aids to help those souls move on from the state between lives.
