Room booking information

Thank you for your interest in hiring our events space.

We are delighted to have 2 lovely spaces available to hire. Below is a brief description of each room as well as some general booking information. If you would like to discuss booking or viewing either of our rooms, please email us at events@hengeshop.com

Our rooms:

Both our rooms are located on the top floor, above the shop. Unfortunately due to the age of the building they are only accessible via a staircase - we do not have wheelchair accessibility to either of the spaces.

  • The Gallery: This overlooks the Stone Circle and is our main space, which can be used for larger workshops, meditations, presentations (we also have a screen & projector available) etc. This room can be booked as either the full space or the wooden floored end only for smaller groups for a lower rate. The seating capacity of this space is max. 40 chairs (no tables) but can comfortably fit up to 10 tables for workshops that require them. The half room capacity is around 10 - 12 people if sat in a circle.

  • Harmony: This is our smaller room hired out mostly for 1:1 treatments but can be used for smaller groups (max. 8 people)

Viewing the space:

You are welcome to come and view the space in person before booking, however, viewing the events space is done on an appointment only basis. Please email us at events@hengeshop.com to arrange this.

Room availability:

Please be aware that not all our bookings are public events so will not be on our main "Workshops & Events" page. If you have a specific date in mind please email us.

Booking the space:

All bookings & enquiries must be done via email. To request our room hire guide - a more detailed guide to our spaces, prices & terms and conditions etc - or to book the events space, please email us at events@hengeshop.com. Please be aware that bookings must be made in the name of the person leading the event.

Advertising:

While we do advertise events on behalf of the organiser in various places both online and in the shop - it is the organiser's responsibility to advertise their events, provide us with any advertising materials e.g. posters and take bookings.
