Reiki
Helen Ramsay is a Reiki Master (2000) in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Traditional Method of Natural Healing. She is a member of The Reiki Association and is available in the shop offering Reiki treatments and Reiki courses. Helen conducts her traditional courses and attunements with honesty and integrity in a safe and welcoming space. Stefanie Young from Yoga By The Stone, will guide you through a deeply relaxing and healing Yin Yoga class on Thursday evenings from 6:15pm to 7:30pm. No prior yoga experience necessary - all are welcome! Spare mats are available, cushions and bolsters are provided.
With over 18 years of yoga experience across India, Bali, and Europe, Stefanie brings a depth of knowledge rooted in traditional study and practice. Her regular visits to India have provided invaluable immersion in yoga philosophy, mantra, culture and teaching. Her intention is to help others deepen and grow their love of yoga.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on, biodynamic therapy that uses very light touch to release tension and restrictions within the body’s connective tissues (fascia) and the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord. Animal Communication
Hattie Northeast is an intuitive Animal Communicator, Reiki Master and retreat facilitator, devoted to helping humans and animals reconnect with each other and the natural world.
She works closely with animals, spirit guides and the energies around us to bring understanding, healing and heart-centered connection into people’s lives.

Ben Dumpleton runs monthly Mantra Monday Meditation events here at The Henge Shop 🎵 Ben is a musician with 23 years experience who has spent the last 5 years exploring spirituality, including Reiki level 1 & 2 and energy work. He now channels music to support others on their path, using sound to create space for healing, clarity, and connection. He brings Reiki into his playing to help people feel held and open to new possibilities.
His sense of clairaudience became clearer while travelling in South America, where spiritual sites seemed to sing to him. Through Guided Rhythms, he shares this music to help people connect with themselves and the energies around them

Drum Circle
Bethan holds monthly Women's Drumming Circles here to connect to the incredible power and peace that can be found through the drum: from the support of simply gathering in circle, finding a moment to pause to making sound through playing the drum and song.
Bethan, a yoga teacher, sound practitioner and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us. Her offerings expand to sound healing, drumming and song sharing as she believes sound has an unbelievable power to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.
Taking deeper inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, Bethan believes that nature and the world has so much to show us, hence why outside of holding space, you’ll usually find her in the water or way out in the countryside!

Womens Circle
Charlotte is a mother of two daughters, a yoga teacher, and predominantly a women’s circle facilitator who has been teaching and holding space since 2019.
Her journey began in yoga many moons ago, and she now also facilitates her circles under the name ‘Medicine of the Sisterhood’ which are held here at The Henge Shop monthly & able to book via my website.
Charlotte has studied and continues to study primarily in the field of women’s healing, her offerings are strongly aligned with the Wheel of the Year, a pagan tradition that explores the rhythms of life through nature. Her approach also embraces cyclical living, the elements and lunar phases.
All of these influences are reflected in Charlotte’s holistic approach to life and wellness.
Charlotte also offers 1:1 Womb Healing sessions, is a qualified Pre- and Postnatal Doula, has just begun her ‘Seedling Circles’ which invite children to learn more about the Wheel of the Year & our seasons.

Cosmic Classroom
Sue Coulson is based here at the shop and hosts monthly meditations. On the 1st Sunday of the month Sue leads Crystal Skull meditations as well as regular full/new moon meditations in the circle.
