Captured in June 2009 near the Alton Barnes White Horse, Wiltshire, this aerial photograph documents an exceptionally large crop circle. Photographed by Philippe Ullens, the image emphasizes the vast scale of the formation set within the open chalk downland of Milk Hill. The design concludes with a telescope motif, beneath which appears a series of symbols or a coded language, inviting interpretation.
