Captured in July 2007 at Martinsell Hill, Wiltshire, this photograph presents a close up view of a crop circle formed in wheat. Photographed by Philippe Ullens, the image emphasizes the formation’s intricate geometry, with people visible within the frame to convey its impressive scale. Ullens later recounted falling asleep twice at the centre of the circle , each time for nearly two hours, an experience he described as highly unusual for him. He believed the circle’s energy induced this deep state of rest. The petal-like forms are perceived as channels of energy, contributing to the circle’s deeply restful quality.
